CALS Theories and the Build-up of Information System of Integrated Logistic Support

介绍了CALS的沿革、各国实施CALS所获得的效益和发展CALS的经验;研究了当前我国在武器装备信息化管理方面所面临的严峻挑战,并针对总装现状,分析了在武器装备管理中实施CALS的必要性和可行性;提出了在我国武器装备管理中应重视和加强对CALS的研究,以提高武器装备的使用、维修保障效能,这对加速我军正规化建设,提高部队战斗力有着深远的意义.

The paper gives out an introduction to the evolution, benefits and development experience of CALS; makes a study of strict challenge of weaponry informative management in our country at present; makes an analysis of the feasibility and the necessary of implementing CALS in weaponry management according to Chinese military conditions; and provides the suggestions of paying attention to the weaponry management and strengthening its applications in our country. Improvements significance of weaponry application and maintenance efficiency to speed up military normalization establishment and increase military battle effectiveness are also described in the paper.
