分析了美导弹防御计划对我国国家安全的威胁、对国际军控与裁军事业及武器扩散的影响;提出了我军武器装备发展应采取的措施.
The paper analyses the U.S. MD(missile defense) plans that threaten our national safety and effect on international weaponry control and disarmament and weapon proliferation, and puts forward the corresponding measures of our army weapon equipment development.
