摘要
本文研究了用顶端空间气相色谱法分析水样中微量四氯化碳、二氯乙烷等挥发性有机氯化物。该方法基于在恒温密闭容器中,挥发性溶质会在气液两相间达到分配平衡。该方法要求严格维持密闭容器中气液相体积比及平衡温度的恒定。方法简便、可行,得到的工作曲线呈良好线性,相关系数大于0.998,加标回收率为100±1%。
In this paper, Head-space gas chromatography analyzing trace volatile organic chlorides, such as tetrachloro-methane, dichloro-ethane, and so on in water is introduced. This method is based on the fact that in an isothermally sealed vessel, a volatile solute will establish distribution equilibrium between the gaseous and liquid phases. In this method, the gas-liquid volume ratio in the sealed container and the equilibrium temperature should be exactly maintained constant. This method is simple, convenient and feasible. The calibration curve obtained by it is rather linear, with a correlation coefficient more than 0.998. The recovery efficiency of adding standard is 100±1%.
