摘要 利用压电微生物传感器筛选出适合金黄色葡萄球菌快速生长的培养基,并结合电化学方法判断培养基的稳定性,以完成金黄色葡萄球菌的定量快速检测.结果表明:加入营养液4的培养基性能稳定,仪器检测现象明显.该培养基培养20h后根本无变化,但接种后培养引起340μS的电导变化.检测时间短,约3-7h即可完成一次检测,检测限低至102cells/mL.并且具有检测成本低、检测重复性好等优点. Staphylococcus aureus is a common pathogen and often has wound of human being or animals festered. It is also the reason of food poisoning. In this thesis stable medium with plenty of nutriment was reported. The growth curve of S. aureus was demonstrated in this medium with SPQC. The experimental results showed that the medium was very suitable and sensitive for detection of 5. aureus with SPQC. Proposed method is rapid and low cost. Only 3-7h or so is enough for detection of 102-108 cells/mL of S. aureus in specimens. It will find potential use in clinical detection.
