摘要
讨论了数控火焰切割机的机械结构和辅助控制系统软硬件的设计,以及数控系统与PC机间的远程通讯.采用立柱式机架机构和单片机控制系统,提高了生产效率,加工质量稳定,操作维护方便.
This essay mainly deals with the mechanical structure of NC cutter and the design of both hardware and software of auxiliary controlling system. And the remote communication between NC system and PC is also involved. In practice we can adopt the structure of vertical shaft and the controlling system of singlechip to promote productivity. Adopting this method, the resulted quality is stable while the operation and maintenance are convenient.
