Study on the Manufacturing Procedure of Cast Ferritic Ductile Iron

针对铁素体球墨铸铁生产时质量不稳定和成本较高等问题,通过各种可行的工艺手段--严格成份控制,采用高效孕育剂,瞬时孕育处理等,在铸态获得铁素体基体的球墨铸铁,不用进行退火处理,使生产周期缩短,成本下降,并且质量稳定,创造了较好的经济效益和社会效益.

In light of the instability in quality and high cost of the manufacture of cast ferritic ductile iron, various possible means of techniques, such as the strict control over constituents, the adoption of high-effective inoculant and of instant inoculation, are employed to get the ductile iron of ferritic matrix in cast condition without anneal process. In that case, shortening production period, reduction in cost and stabilization in quality have achieved better economic benefit and social effect.
