摘要
包钴型γ-Fe2O3磁粉分为包钴(Co-γ-Fe2O3)和包钴包亚铁(CoFe-γ-Fe2O3)两种.γ-Fe2O3磁粉在90℃恒温下,用含钴碱性溶液进行处理,得到Co-γ-Fe2O3,用含钴含亚铁碱性溶液进行处理,得到CoFe-γ-Fe2O3,经处理后的Co-γ-Fe2O3,其矫顽力随钴含量的增加而增大,增大到一定程度后趋于稳定,而CoFe-γ-Fe2O3,其矫顽力随钴含量的增加而显著的增大.文中对这两种磁粉矫顽力增大的原因、机理及特性进行初步探讨.
There are two types of cobalt-doped y-Fe2O3 magnetic powders, which are Co-γ-Fe2O3 and CoFe-γ-Fe2O3. Processed with cobaltic alkali solution at constant temperature of 90℃,γ-Fe2O3 magnetic powder will change into Co-γ-Fe2O3, and CoFe-γ-Fe2Q3 will be got if being further processed with cobaltic and ferrous alkali solution. The coercive force of processed Co-γ-Fe2O3 will increase with the content of doped cobalt and come to stabilization finally; however, the coercive force of CoFe-γ-Fe2O3 will increase obviously with the content of doped cobalt. Some preliminary discussion of the cause, mechanism and property of coercive force increase is presented.
