The Rational Study of Thinking Innovation

创新起于思维,终于结果,必须使思维的理性与活性高度和谐。做到在反叛中创新,强调自我、非我和忘我;在重组中创新,强调自组、差组和互组;在理智中创新,强调智商、情商和意志商;在观察中创新,强调有意、有思和有破;在体验中创新,强调感悟、领悟和顿悟;在交流中创新,强调求同、求异和求合;在冒险中创新,强调胆识、学识和见识;在环境中创新,强调情境、心境和意境。创新必须坚持逆境坚韧、顺境理智、常境有恒的精神,将个人素质、科学方法和良好环境巧妙地“发酵”,酿造出激情、思绪和信心。

Innovation starts from thinking and ends with the conclusion. Thus, rationality of thinking should keep highly harmonious with activity of thinking. Innovation in the treachery should put emphasis on ego, negation and self-forgetting. Innovation in the reformation should attach importance to self-combination, difference and interdependency. Innovation in the rationality should lay stress on IQ, EQ and purpose quotient. Innovation in the observation should place much weight on intending, thinking and breaking-through. Innovation in the experience should take sentiment, apperception and inspiration seriously. Innovation in the communication should think highly of common point, difference and integration. Innovation in the adventure should place emphasis on courage and insight, knowledge and experience. Innovation in the circumstances should pay much attention to situation, frame of mind and artistic conception. Innovation must keep tough and tensile in adverse circumstance, rational in favorable circumstance, persevering in common circumstance, and excite personal passion, enthusiasm and confidence through optimal combination of personal diathesis, scientific method and favorable environment.
