改革开放新时期,邓小平同志就发展党内民主的必要性、创造党内民主的条件、党内民主法规制度化以及发展党内民主,必须坚持党的领导等重要问题进行了深入的探讨,形成了比较系统的执政党党内民主思想。

During the reform and open,Deng Xiaoping put forward a systematic thought on inner-party democracy. What he talked much is the following question:the importance of inner-part democracy,how to provide necessary condition for inner-party democracy,how to institutionalize the inner-party democracy to make it can develop steadily ang we shoule adhere to the leadership of the C.P.C. during the process.
