摘要
事件应变指挥系统(ICS)自2002年后被台湾林务局用于森林火灾的救火指挥系统。在此同时本研究进一步发展出结合知识、科技以及ICS组织的指挥体系,建构出林火应变的决策支持系统。本文探讨了林火应变决策支持信息系统的组成、功能和知识结构。显示了知识、科技与组织的整合,对一个良好的救火支持系统的重要性。
Incident Command System (ICS) has been adopted by Taiwan Forestry Bureau (TFB) in firefighting since 2002. Based on fire sciences, technologies, and ICS organizations, a decision supporting system (DSS) was developed to help the implementation of ICS in TFB. The paper discusses the composition,functions and knowledge structures of the firefighting decision supporting system. This shows the importancy of the integration of science and technology and organization for a good firefighting supporting system.
