澳门特别行政区电子政务中基于Web服务的电子地图共享框架初探

A Web-Services-based e-Map Sharing Framework for Macao e-Government

澳门地图绘制暨地籍局尝试建立一基于WebServices的具有互操作性的地图分享框架,使其他部门无论使用何种应用平台(如Java或.NET,Unix、Linux或Windows),均可通过此框架提供的简易编程接口(API),快捷地将本局的地图加入到其系统当中———例如加入到政府的门户网站中,以显示各部门的办公地点。本文对这个框架的内容、设计及实现做了初步的探讨。

The Cartography and Cadastre Bureau of Macao SAR, devoted to map database production and maintenance in Macao, makes an attempt to construct an interoperable e-map sharing framework with the aid of Web Services such that other departments can retrieve e-maps easily and swiftly from the framework via simple APIs despite the heterogeneity of development platforms in use (Java or .Net, Unix, Linux or Windows). For example, a department can use it to dynamically show its office locations on maps over the Internet. This paper is to briefly introduce the content, design and implementation of this framework.
