解剖型钢板及中药治疗股骨髁上难治性骨折

Combination anatomical steel plate with Chinese traditional medicine for the treatment of supracondylar fracture of the femur

目的 探讨治疗股骨髁上合并股骨下段难治性骨折的理想方法。方法 采用解剖型钢板经前外侧入路行切腹内固定配合中药治疗股骨髁上合并股骨下段骨折共4 0例。结果 4 0例经平均2 2个月的随访,38例骨折愈合,膝关节屈伸功能正常,无畸形愈合,无骨不连,钢板螺钉无断裂。结论 解剖型钢板治疗股骨髁上合并股骨下段骨折内固定坚强,剪应力低,无遮挡力,配合中药治疗可达到理想效果。

Objective To explore the best method of treating the stubborn fracture of the thighbone condyle together with the lower part of the thighbone.Methods From 1999 till now forty cases with the fracture of the thighbone condyle together with the lower part of the thighbone have been treated through the anatomical plate together with the treatment with Chinese traditional medicine,cutting the abdomen from the front outside and fixing internally.Results Through following up forty cases for twenty-two months,thirty-eight of them have healed up the fracture and the knee joint bends and extends as normal without abnormal cicatrisation or unconnected bones and with no rupture of the plate bolt.Conclusions In the treatment of the stubborn fracture of the thighbone condyle together with the lower part of the thighbone through the anatomical plate together with the treatment with Chinese traditional medicine,internal fixation is firm.The healing up of fracture is faster.The best effect can be seen with the early movement of the knee joint after the operation and the treatment with Chinese traditional medicine.
