中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕的临床分析

Clinical analysis of immunological sterility by combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine

目的 探讨中西结合治疗免性不孕的临床疗效。方法 运用还精煎口服液、知柏地黄丸辅以小剂量泼尼松治疗6 6对免疫性不孕夫妇。结果 经2个疗程治疗抗精子抗体(As Ab)总转阴率达6 8% ,经3～6个疗程治疗,妊娠32例。结论 还精煎口服液、知柏地黄丸辅以小剂量泼尼松治疗免疫性不孕是一种疗效短、不良反应少、受孕率较高的治疗方法。

Objective To search for new methods to treat immunological sterility according to combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine,and its clinical curative effect.Methods Analyze the therapeutical effect of 66 couples with immunological sterility in our hospital by using sperm-return oral liquor,zhi-bo-di-huang pill,supplemented with low-dose prednisone from January 2001 to October 2003.Results Anti-spermatic antibody converting-negative rate is 68% after 2 courses,and 32 cases has successful gestation after 3～6 courses.Conclusion Anti-spermatic antibody relates with genital infections,spermreturn oral liquor,zhi-bo-di-huang pill,supplemented with low-dose prednisone is a new method for immunological sterility,which has short course,less side-effect,high pregnant rate.
