动态脑电图对癔病与哭笑型癫痫发作的评估作用

Evaluation of ambulatory electroencephalogram in hysteria and epileptic seizure with cry-laugh epilepsy

目的 探讨脑电图在辨别癔病与哭笑型癫痫发作的应用价值。方法 对32例诊断为癔病的患者行2 4～72h的动态脑电图检查,并分析癔病发作时和发作前、后的脑电图表现。结果 32例诊断为癔病患者的动态脑电图正常2 7例,非特异性异常3例,出现癫痫样放电2例。结论 部分癔病和哭笑型癫痫发作有关,如有条件,应对癔病患者行动态脑电图检查。

Objective To explore the value of AEEG in differentiating hysteria and epileptic seizure with cry-laugh epilepsy.Methods AEEG was determined in 32 patients with hysteria for 24～72 hours,and the results of AEEG were analyzed.Results In 32 patients with hysteria,AEEG was normal in 27,abnormal in 3,and epilepsy seizures were found in 2.Conclusion Hysteria is reated to epilepsy seizures with cry-laugh epilepsy in a few hysteria,and AEEG should be examined in patients with hysteria if possible.
