摘要
以快脱法生产的氧化铝为基料,制各了Mo-Co-Ni型裂解汽油二段加氢催化剂(牌号LY-9802)。结果表明,以中国石油兰州石化分公司石油化工厂的产品为原料,在1000mL绝热床反应器中,当压力为2.8MPa,氢油摩尔比为2/1,液体空速为4.5h-1时,LY-9802催化剂在1000h运转过程中,其单烯加氢率大于97%,加氢脱硫率大于99.5%,加氢产品碘值均小于1.00×10-2g/g,有机硫含量小于1.00mg/kg。该催化剂在上海石化乙烯装置改扩建加氢裂解汽油装置上投入工业应用,当生产负荷提高到原负荷的120%-140%时,其加氢产品溴值仍远低于控制指标(小于10mg/g)。
