摘要 08CuPVRE钢耐大气腐蚀的机理于敬敦,吴幼林,崔秀岭,张陆(冶金部钢铁研究总院)一、前言我国研制的08CllPVRE耐候钢,在成都郊外经两年大气暴晒试验以及室内加速试验,表明其耐蚀性能明显优于碳钢,与日本耐候钢SPA-C的水平相当.为深入研究08... Abstract Rust analyses were made on coupons of 08CuPVRE and two other steels as control after two-year outdoor exposure in Chengdu using scanning electron micrography, electron probe and X-ray diffraction techniques. Results showed that the main composition of the inner rust layer of 08CuPVRE is Fe3O4.The layer is dense, continuous and of incomplete crystalization. An enrichment of Cu, P elements in the niner rust layer was observed.Incombination with corrosion weight loss data the effect of elemental enrichment on the structure of inner rust layer and the self-mending characteristics of fissures in the layer was discussed.
