杭州市肾透析病人治疗费用与补偿现况分析

The Analysis on Expenditure and Current Reimbursement for Hemodialysis Treatment in Hangzhou

通过对杭州市7所综合医院肾透析病人的现场调查,就杭州市肾透析病人的治疗费用和补偿现况进行分析。结果表明,杭州市医保中心、民政部门、其他相关政府部门和医疗机构都对肾透析患者有不同程度的补偿和照顾,基本解决了参保病人的疾病经济负担。但是,不享有医疗保险的患者疾病经济负担仍然很重。同时,研究表明,享有不同医保制度的人群在不同医疗机构进行肾透析治疗的费用有较大差别。针对规范该市肾透析治疗和制定统一的收费标准、进一步减轻肾透析病人的疾病经济负担等提出了建议。

Based on spot investigation to kidney failure patients conducted hemodialysis in seven comprehensive hospitals of Hangzhou,the capital city of Zhejiang Province,the aricle analyses the expenditure and reimbursement of the treatment .Fortunately,it is found that such channels as medical insurance center,civil administration bureau,other government intitutions concerned and hospitals have already reimbursed the patients more or less,alleviating the disease economic burden generally.However,patients exempted and medical insurance still bear heavy disease economic burden.Meanwhile,charges of different hospitals vary a lot.Finally,the author gave some suggestions on the uniform standard of treatment and charges for kidney failure so as to ease the economic burden further for the patients.
