摘要
研究了磷钼蓝光度法快速测定锰铁中磷的方法。采用硝酸直接溶样,高氯酸氧化磷后用氟化钠-氯化亚锡将其还原成磷钼蓝,于λ=660nm处测其吸光度。在50mL溶液中,磷质量在0~60μg范围内符合比尔定律。方法具有较高选择性,简捷、快速、准确,已实用于锰铁中磷的测定,此方法还可应用于硅锰合金中磷的测定,获得令人满意的效果。
The phosphomolybdate blue spectrophotometric determination of phosphorus in ferromanganese was studied. The samples were treated with nitric acid, perchloric acid, sodium fluoride-tin bichloride respectively. The absorbance of sample solution was measured at 660 nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0 - 60 μg/50 mL for phosphorus. The method was applied to the determination of phosphorus in ferromanganese satisfactorily.
