本文将简化的整群抽样方法(Simplified Cluster Sampling Method,简称SCS)与批质量控制抽样(Lot Quality Assurance Sampling,简称LQAS)结合应用,对上海县妇幼卫生服务质量进行快速评价,以期在为卫生管理人员提供决策信息的同时,探讨这两种方法的现场实施特点和应用条件。

In the presented study the sampling method among population is applied in combination with the quality -controlled sampling for the fast evaluation of the maternal and child health care service quality in Shanghai County in order to offer information of policy - making for health administrative personel and investigate particular conditions and requirements of application in addition.
