偶发前列腺癌的临床治疗探讨(附28例报告)

Investigate the Treatment of Incidental Adenocarcinoma of Prostate (Report of 28 Cases)

目的探讨偶发前列腺癌的治疗。方法对28例偶发前列腺癌病例进行临床总结,病理诊断后28例均施行了去势手术。结果26例获得随访,A1期18例,A2期8例,随访时间10个月至8年,存活18例,最长时间为8年。结论对偶发前列腺癌去势手术可降低进展率,A1期可无需行根治性治疗,术后随访要监测PSA。

Objective To investigate the treatment of incidental adenocarcinoma of prostate. Methods 28 cases of incidental adenocarcinoma of prostate were retrospectively reviewed .Bilateral orchiectomy were performed in all of them after pathological examination.Results 26 of the patients have been followed up 10-96 months.Among them,18 patients were A1 stage and 8 A2 stage.18 of them survived,the longest survived period being 8 years .Conclusions Bilateral orchiectomy for incidental prostatic carcinoma might decease the development rate .The patient of A1 stage might not need radical excision.It is necessory to check up PSA during the postoperative follow-up time.
