Analysis of the Factors Affcting Cesarean Section Rates and Indications

目的探讨近年来剖宫产率的原因,寻找降低剖宫产率的对策。方法对我院1996年及2002年两年中分娩总数、难产率、剖宫产率及各种剖宫产指征进行分析。结果剖宫产率从1996年17.1%上升到2002年51.4%,剖宫产指征及各种难产率也发生变化,胎儿宫内窘迫、社会因素、疤痕子宫为前三位剖宫产指征。结论高剖宫产率的原因与医患双方有关,降低剖宫产率应从医患双方入手,更新医务人员的服务观念,提高医务人员素质,加强对孕产妇的教育及社会教育,降低剖宫产率到WHO提出的标准是有可能的。

Objective To discuss the reason of the high cesarean section rate and look for the rata to reduce the rate . Method We studied the number of delivery, dystocia rate. cesarean section and indications from 1996 to 2002 in our hospital. Result The rate had increased from 17.1% to 51.4%,the cesarean indication and dystocia rate had changed.The major indications of cesarean section is fetal distress,social factor and cicatricral uterus. Conclusion The reason of high cesarean section rate is connected with the docters and patients. In order to orduce the rate we must renew the doctors idea, improve theirs quality,strergthen the education to the gravida and the society. It’s possible to reduce the cesarean section to the level of WHO.
