福建省孕产妇死亡率的趋势面分析

Application trend surface method in maternal mortality of Fujian Province

介绍了趋势面分析方法,并将其应用于福建省孕产妇死亡率地域分布的研究。结果表明,三阶趋势面方程能解释观察变异的91.7％,可较好地描述福建省孕产妇死亡率地域分布规律。福建省孕产妇死亡率以沿海地区闽西较低,闽东、闽北较高。

The trend surface analysis method was applied to study maternal mortality of Fujian province in 1992 and provided the revelant mathematical model and trend map. The result shows that cubic polynomial is most suitable for the material. Trend surface analysis method is a good way for studing disease distribution relevant with region. We can use trend map which reflects directly variation of disease causes to make plans of preventing it.
