要实现4个月纯母乳喂养的目标,必须转变观念,增强健康教育的力度,采取多种形式开展母乳喂养宣传。不仅要创建爱婴医院,而且还要创建爱婴县(市),把提高4个月纯母乳喂养率纳入各级政府、卫生行政部门和医疗保健单位的年度目标考核之中。本文对上述干预措施进行了探讨。

The first 4 month breast feeding rate should be monitored annualy in the administration of goverments and hospitals.
