摘要
高校党建工作在学生思想政治工作中占据主导地位,以人为本的科学发展观与发展大学生党员量质观之间存在内在联系。新形势下,我们必须以科学的发展观为指导,来保证学生党员的数量和质量。
The party's construction in college takes a main position in ideological education to students. There exists an internal link between scientifically developmental view and the quality view on devel-oping party members among college students. Under the new situation, we must adopt scientifically developmental view to control the quality and quantity in cultivating student party members.
