摘要
分析延迟焦化装置干气脱硫系统净化干气中烯烃、硫含量达不到设计值的原因,通过调整柴油吸收及换热系统工艺流程、改造脱硫塔内件、溶剂再生塔和换用新型溶剂,使净化干气的各项指标达到制氢原料的要求,取得好的经济效益。
This article analyzes the reasons about alkenes & sulfur content in clearly dry gas no reaching design value in delayed coking dry gas desulfurization unit of Jinmen Branch, SINOPEC. By adjusting the process of diesel oil absorb and heat exchange system, reconstruction desulfurization tower parts and solvent refresh tower, using neo type of solvent, clearly gas meets the process requirement. The technical transformation has a good economic results.
