摘要
目的探讨食管癌发生发展过程中凋亡抑制基因Survivin的表达及其与食管癌病理特征的关系。方法采用实时荧光定量PC R法,检测Survivin在78例食管病变患者胃镜标本中正常食管黏膜、不典型增生、原位癌及浸润癌组织的表达强度。结果Survivin在正常食管黏膜、不典型增生、原位癌及浸润癌组织中呈渐进性高表达。结论Survivin与食管癌的发生、发展密切相关,实时荧光定量PC R法检测食管癌中Survivin基因,可作为食管肿瘤早期诊断的可靠方法。
Objective To detect the expression of apoptotic inhibitor gene Survivin in different esophageal epithelial lesions, and analyze the relation between the expression of Survivin and pathologic characteristics. Methods Real- time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of Survivin m- RNA in 78 gastroscopic samples of esophageal carcinoma with different epithelial lesions including normal, atypical hyperplasia, carcinoma in situ and invasive carcinoma. Results The expression of Survivin was progressively increased from normal to invasive carcinoma. Conclusions The expression of Survivin is significantly related to the genesis and progression of esophageal carcinoma. Real- time fluorescence quantitative PCR used to detect the expression of Survivin may be a reliable means for early diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma.
