波尔山羊无肉垂和头颈部毛色特征遗传规律及其与早期体重相关性研究

Study on inheritance of head and neck color and no-wattle of Boer Goat and the ralationship between two traits and early bodyweight

通过实际观察、考察育种记录、遗传分析和适合性检验,分析了秦皇岛市波尔山羊繁育改良中心1998 -2003年度波尔山羊、唐山奶山羊以及波尔山羊对唐山奶山羊级进杂交后代的肉垂、头颈部毛色特征遗传规律;同时研究了波唐级进杂交改良后代肉垂、头颈部毛色特征与早期体重之间的相关性。结果表明:波尔山羊的无肉垂以及头颈部毛色特征两性状分别由不同常染色体上的隐性基因控制,肉垂有无对早期体重无显著影响,而头颈部毛色特征对早期体重有显著影响,白色头颈的初生重和2月龄体重显著高于波尔类型的相应指标(P<0.05)。

The in heritance of head and neck color and no-wattle of Boer goat and their offspring were analyzed by observing breeding data and statistic test in the Gross breeding and Improving Research Center of Boer goat in Qinhuangdao city.Meanwhile,the relationship between head and neck color,no-wattle and eraly bodyweight of Boer goat and their offspring (F 2)was also investigated.The results indicated that the color of head and neck and nowattle were all controlled respectively by two recessive genes on different autosomes,and there was no significant effect of no-wattle on early bodyweight,but there was significant effect of head and neck color on early bodyweight.The bodyweight at birth and two months age of goat with white head and neck was significantly higher than that of goat with Boer type.
