摘要
教师是工作倦怠的高发人群,为了对教师群体工作倦怠现象有一个比较全面的了解,本研究首次使用了Maslach工作倦怠通用量表(MBI-GS)对贵州省的3所小学、3所中学、4所大学的253名教师进行了调查,调查结果表明:教师的工作倦怠存在人口统计学变量上的差异;大、中、小学教师的工作倦怠差异显著,其中,小学教师的工作倦怠最严重,也最典型。
Teaches are the burnout people with a high proportion. In order to understand burnout of teachers, this article uses MBI-GS to study burnout of 253 teachers for the first time in three elementary schools three middle schools and four colleges in Guizhou Province. The results are as follows. There are demographic differences in teachers’ burnout. The burnout of teachers in colleges, middle schools, and elementary schools is significantly different. Burnout of teachers in elementary schools is the most severe and typical.
