The paper focuses on the internal and external integration of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system, and analyses and constructs an ERP system frame model from the viewpoint of information integration. On the basis of the model, an ERP system with C/S(Client/Server) structure for medium & small-sized manufacturing enterprises is developed as an example, and have received good result in the application of an enterprise.
