摘要
提高锅炉炉膛出口烟温可以减少对流受热面的布置及降低金属耗量,炉膛出口烟温过高将导致受热面结焦,采用塔式布置的锅炉可以提高炉膛出口烟温并且不致使受热面结焦。
The arrangement of convective heating surface and the metal consumption can be reduced by improving the flue temperature at boiler furnace outlet. Slag will happen if the flue temperature at furnace outlet is over high, however, the adoption of tower arrangement for boiler can increase the flue temperature at furnace outlet and avoid the slag on heating surface.
