红壤温州蜜柑园施用石灰对果实耐贮性的影响

摘要 对红壤温州蜜柑园施不同用量的石灰石粉,经两年果实贮藏试验结果表明,贮藏103天,腐烂率较对照低5.3~10.0个百分点,果实出库率高4.8~13.1个百分点。石灰减轻果实腐烂率的作用贮藏初期随贮藏天数增加而增强,58天后逐渐减弱,而环境等其他因于促进果实腐烂的作用增强,但这些因子对对照影响更明显,故使石灰石粉处理与对照腐烂率差距继续增大。贮藏103天后,石灰石粉处理和对照腐烂率均剧增。石灰石粉不同用量中,以每公顷1.50~3.00t处理的效果较好,贮藏103天,两年平均腐烂率比对照(14.7%)低9.2~10.0个百分点,出库率比对照(74.2%)高9.5~13.1个百分点。,达1%显著水平;贮藏103天和116天,r值逐渐变小(见表1)。这说明,贮藏20天时,施用石灰石粉对降低腐烂率的作用已经发挥,贮藏58天左右时这种作用较明显,但以后随着时间的推移,其作用逐渐减小。1992/93年温州蜜柑贮藏103天时,x与Y的相关系数r=-0.980,达1%显著水平;而1991/92年果实贮藏103天时,x与Y相关系数r3=-0.866,未达5%显著水平,但r与r3进行比较假设测验时差异不显著,说明x与Y的相关程度两? Various amounts of powdery limestone were applied to satsuma trees on red earth.The result of 2-year fruit storage test showed that the percentage of decay of the treated fruitwas lower than that of control by 5.3-10.0%, and the percentage of storage output washigher by 4.8-13.1%。 The effect of decay alleviation for treatmets enhanced with increasingstorage life , but it declined gradually after 58 days, After 103-day storage , the decay ratesof both treatments and control dramatically increased. Among all treatments , application of1.50-3. 00t powdery limestone/hm!2was most effective, the average decay rate for 2 yearswas lower than control(14.7%)by 9.2- 10.0%, and the rate of storage output was higherthan control(74.2%)by 9.5-13.1%。
