摘要
研究了喷射脉宽、点火提前角、环境温度、起动电压对LPG发动机首循环冷起动性能的影响。试验结果表明:喷射脉宽对电控喷射LPG发动机首循环冷起动特性有极其重要的影响。合理控制喷射时刻和喷射脉宽,并有合适的点火提前角,可达到“即喷即着”的冷起动效果,显著降低HC的排放。
Effects of injection pulse width, ignition timing, ambient temperature and start voltage on cold start characterstic of the first cycle in the electronic controlled LPG engine were studied. Testing results indicate that the injection pulse width is the key factor for the characteristics of first cycle cold start. Reasonable injection timing and injection pulse width with right advanced ignition are capble of realizing cold start which the combustion occurs immediately after the first ignition. So HC emission is lowered remarkably.
