摘要
通过一系列算例,着重研究了一步成形模拟方法中松弛因子对收敛性和计算效率的影响,提出了一种基本上可以同时兼顾计算效率和收敛性两方面要求的松弛因子选取算法,并且在此基础上设计编制了计算程序。通过S形轨、方盒、客车牵引架、前翼子板4个算例,与未经优化的固定松弛因子结果进行了比较,验证了此方法的有效性。
The effect of the relaxation factor on the convergence and the calculation efficiency in the one step forming simulation approach was studied through a series of the practical examples. A selection algorithm of the relaxation factor giving parallel consideration to both the convergence and the calculation efficiency was proposed, and on its basis a computer program was compiled. The calculated results were compared with those calculated by fixed relaxation factor without its optimization through 4 examples such as a S-rail, a square box, a pulling carriage of railway passenger wagon and a front fender of automobile, confirming the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
