摘要
为了定量描述松质骨的骨质疏松过程,依据骨的功能适应性和力学调控系统理论,遵循骨重建的生理过程,提出了一个带有时间历程的计算模型,模拟了废用引起的骨质疏松,并讨论了峰值骨量对松质骨骨质疏松过程的影响。结果表明:模拟废用引起的骨质疏松过程与实际生理过程相近,峰值骨量较高能够延迟骨质疏松发生的时间。
To quantify the osteoporotic process of the cancellous bone,based on the bone functional adaptation and Frost's mechanostat theory, a computational model with time history was put forward following the physiological process of bone remodeling to simulate the osteoporosis caused by disuse. The effects of peak bone mass on osteoporotic process of cancellous bone were discussed. The results show the simulated osteoporotic process caused by disuse was similar to the real physiological process, and higher peak bone mass can postpone the occurrence of osteoporosis.
