The article has analyzed the importance, advantages and limit factors for developing non-pollution tea in Wudu,then put forward some effective measures as follows: raising funds in many ways, establishing the standard for the technology and quality in tea production, strengthening extension system and the leadership.So that the tea should be developed in large scale, produced by specialized means, and sold as a famous brand.
