粮饲兼用型玉米杂交种穗部性状的相关与通径分析 被引量:2

摘要 对16个粮饲兼用型玉米杂交种的穗长、穗粗等9个性状的相互关系及其对玉米籽粒产量的作用研究表明,玉米穗长与籽粒产量达到极显著正相关(r=0 .6 816 * * ) ,其余性状均未达到显著水平。果穗粗、秃顶长与秃顶率与籽粒产量之间呈负相关,但不显著。通径分析结果表明,穗部各主要性状与籽粒产量直接通径系数均为正值,其中玉米果穗行粒数对籽粒产量的直接效应最大(P=0 .4 981) ,其次是出籽率、穗轴粗、穗长、百粒重等。所以在粮饲兼用型玉米高产育种中要高度重视果穗行粒数、出籽率、穗轴粗、穗长、百粒重等好的类型,对果穗粗、秃顶长与秃顶率等性状的选择可适当放宽标准。 The sixteen grain feed maize hybrids were tested by using a Randomized Complete Block Design ,We had studied nine path of their agronomic characters and yield of their grains on their ear characters such as ear length etc.Result indicated the correlation coefficient of the ear length with the grain yield was significant differences at p=0.01(r(=0.681 6^()).)The other correlation coefficients of the six characters with the grain yield all were insignificant difference at (p=)(0.05.)The correlation coefficient of the ear diameter,the bald tip length and the bald tip percent with grain yield were negative,but not insignificant difference at p=0.05.The result of the path analysis indicated that the directly path coefficient of the ear main character with grain yield all were 1positive value.In them,directly path coefficient of the row kernels per ear with grain yield is the largest(P=0.498 1).Secondly the ear axis diameter,the thirdly the ear length.The 100-kernel weight is the fourth of them.So in the high grain yield breeding of the grain feed maize hybrids, we should carefully select the phenotype of the row kernels per ear, the rate of bearing kernel,the ear axis diameter,the ear length,the 100-kernel weight etc.Meanwhile we should suitably broaden the standard of selecting the characters of the diameter, the bald tip length and the bald tip percent of the ear etc.We should pay attention to the pertinence of different characters as well,and adjust with different agronomic characters to the best of all degree.
