谷子一些数量性状的遗传相关分析及其在育种上的应用 被引量:9

摘要 采用NC 试验设计、完全随机区组排列,对谷子一些数量性状进行了遗传力及性状间的表型相关和遗传相关分析。结果表明,株高、穗长的狭义遗传力(h N2 )分别为0 .72 74和0 .80 93,与谷子产量关系密切的单株穗重、单株穗粒重的遗传力不很高;经对性状间相关分析,与单株穗粒重有遗传相关的性状按相关系数由大到小的排序为单株穗重(0 .90 96 )、穗长(0 .5 94 1)、株高(0 .5 4 96 )、码数(0 .5 4 31) ;运用改良穗粒重的选择指数分析,综合多种遗传信息来源的复合性状选择效果较为理想,其相对选择效率比穗粒重的直接选择效率提高6 9.5 %。 With the method of NCⅡ experiment design and completely randomized block arrangement, phenotype and genetic correlation analysis has been done between heritability and character on some quantitative character of millet.The result shows that the narrow-sense heritability(h N^2) of plant height and spike length is 0.727 4 and 0.809 3. The heritability of single plant spike weight and single spike millet weight which is close to millet yield is not high.Through correlation analysis among character,the correlated coefficient of genetic characters which is relative to millet weight in single spike is single plant spike weight(0.909 6),spike length(0.594 1),plant height(0.549 6) and spike tassel number(0.543 1).With selection index analysis of improving the millet weight of single spike,the selective effect of complex characters which is integrated much genetic information is more efficient.Its relative efficiency of selection is higher by higher by 69.5% than direct selection efficiency of the millet weight in single spike.
