摘要
文章研究了20CrMo钢齿轮的热处理工艺过程,分析其变形产生的原因和规律,据此提出了解决变形的有效措施和方法。
The heat treatment process of 20CrMo steel gears are studied. In order to find the actual deformation reasons of 20CrMo steel gears, some possible factors of the influencing deformation in the heat treatment are analyzed. Effective methods are put forward to resolving the deformation of the gears.
