复杂防洪体系联合优化调度理论与方法研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 由水库群、蓄滞洪区、湖泊以及各种防洪工程措施组成的复杂防洪体系的联合优化调度已经成为我国各大流域防洪研究的重点。目前,这一研究领域主要采用系统分析理论与方法,如:线性规划、非线性规划、动态规划、网络流规划、大系统分解协调理论等方法。同时,大量的新理论、新算法的出现与引入极大地丰富了防洪优化调度的理论研究。为此,系统地回顾和总结了国内外防洪优化调度理论和模型研究的进展,并对复杂防洪体系联合优化调度进行了展望。 The integrated and optimized operation of the complicated flood control systems formed by reservoirs, flood detention areas, lakes and other constructions are becoming a hot research subject on major basins in our country. In recent decade years, the system analysis theories and methods such as linear programming, nonlinear programming, dynamic programming, large-scale system analysis methods etc. are playing an important role in this research filed as the means of optimization. Meanwhile, a large number of novel theories and algorithms newly developed have greatly enriched the basic research on flood control policy optimization after their being introduced to this study filed. This paper represents a state-of-the-art review of development of optimization theories and approaches in international flood control operations and therefore made prospects of these researches in the future.
