摘要
母线在实际运行中由于电阻损耗而发热,如不能及时散热,母线温度将升高,甚至超过允许温度,从而影响其工作性能。为了保证垂直布置的封闭母线工作的安全性和可靠性,采用网格法确定封闭母线导体和外壳的温度,得到了垂直布置离相封闭母线的散热规律:导体温度在底部较低,随着高度升高逐渐上升,到一定程度后基本维持不变,在接近顶部时温度又逐渐降低。这为垂直布置封闭母线的热平衡计算提供了一种新的算法。
The bus-bar produces heat in operation because of their resistance loss, which is disadvantageous for bus-bar. In order to improve their reliability and security, it is necessary to put up their thermal analysis before they are put into operation. This paper mainly analyzes the heat dissipation of the vertical enclosed bus bar, adopts the cell method to ensure the temperature of the bus bar conduct and its shell, and gets the following conclusion that bus-bar's temperature is low at the bottom, with the height rising, bus-bar's temperature rises, and when the height rises to some extent, the bus-bar's temperature keep at a value along, but at the top, the temperature falls. So the highest temperature of bus bar is not at the top, but in the middle. It offers a new method to calculate the balance of the vertical enclosed bus bar.
