摘要 在详细分析和总结了现有人字闸门支枕垫块及中侧止水结构优缺点的基础上,提出了一种新型结构,其特点是门轴柱和斜接柱支枕垫块及中侧止水结构均由多节垫块和橡胶水封件组合而成,为船闸人字闸门设计提供高质量低投资的选择方案,有利于提高工程的施工安全和工期控制。 This paper introduces a new structure based upon the advantages and the shortcomings of the existing support pillow spacer and middle watertight. The characteristics of this new structure is that the support pillow spacer of the gate axis column, inclined connection column and the middle watertight are all combined with many section spacer and rubber water seal parts, this new structure makes a scheme for miter gate design which is high quality and low investment. It is beneficial to improve construction safety and period control, and it has potential market and much value. This new structure deserves further popularization and application for those units such as ship lock work construction developer, operator, and installation unit.
