摘要
为了总结公路主枢纽总体布局规划成功的经验和失败的教训,为其修编提供参考与借鉴,以提高规划结果的科学性和合理性,从后评价的角度,按前后对比的系统思想,首次对公路主枢纽总体布局规划后评价理论进行了研究。详细阐述了公路主枢纽总体布局规划的含义、特点,确立了公路主枢纽总体布局规划后评价的内容、评价指标、评价标准和评价方法,形成了较为系统和完整的公路主枢纽总体布局规划后评价理论体系。最后,以成都公路主枢纽总体布局规划后评价实例说明上述评价理论和方法的可行性与合理性。
In order to summarize successful experiences and failure precepts of highway main hub general planning that could be referenced in the adjustment of highway main hub general planning to make it more scientific and more rational, authors propose the conception of highway main hub general planning post-evaluation theory in the first time from the point of view of post-evaluation and based on the research of highway main hub general planning by means of before-after contrast, and the meaning of post-evaluation and the characteristics of highway main hub general planning are elaborated. Post-evaluation theory frame of highway main hub planning and construction is put forward, and its contents, evaluation indexes, evaluation standards and evaluation methods are established, which make the integrated post-evaluation system of highway main hub general planning. This theory and method using in the post-evaluation of the highway main hub general planning of Chengdu is proved to be very effectual.
