摘要
分析了现行沥青混凝土路面机械化施工工艺存在的缺点,为新工艺的提出提供理论基础;在充分利用各国对转运车(MTV)研究的基础上,按照整个沥青混凝土路面机械化施工工艺流程,系统研究了整个机械化施工工艺中的各个环节,提出了基于转运车的新机械化施工工艺,并从材料离析、温度离析和路面平整度3 个方面对其实际应用进行了试验研究,证明该工艺在中国是可行的,对整个沥青混凝土路面机械化施工具有一定的实践意义和理论指导意义。
Authors analyse the shortcoming of the traditional construction technology of asphalt concrete pavement mechanization construction to supply theory foundation for new technology. According to the whole technology flow, authors have researched the details of the whole new construction technology based on the results of others achievements and put forward a new construction technology on the basis of MTV and prove its feasibility by studying its practical application from material segregation, temperature segregation and smooth degree of the pavement. The research has both practical value and academic value to the construction of the asphalt concrete pavement in China.
