CEPA在性质上属于区域性安排协议,这是正确认识和实施CEPA的前提。CEPA实施一年多来,内地与香港的经贸合作取得了一系列成果,也体现出一些不足,CEPA实施中应重视和注意相关问题。
s:The nature of the CEPA is an agreement on regional arrangement, which is the precondition to understand and implement the CEPA rightly. This article concerns,by analyzing advantages and disadvantages on commercial cooperation between China's Mainland and Hong Kong during the first year of the CEPA enforcement,the legal aspects should be paid attention to on the implementation of the CEPA.
