摘要
工程车辆的工作油泵消耗的发动机功率是随着工况而变化,在以往的自动换挡策略研究中都把它作为固定值考虑。在工程车辆三参数换挡策略的基础上,提出四参数换挡策略,考虑工作油泵消耗功率的变化,建立工程车辆传动系统的数学模型,进行计算机仿真,结果表明。
The power of engine that oil pump consumed changes with the working conditions in the construction vehicle, however, it was considered as a constant in the previous studies on shift strategy. On the basis of three-parameter shift strategy of construction vehicle, this paper suggested four-parameter shift strategy with the consideration of oil pressure, set up mathematic model on transmission system of construction vehicle by converting the power that oil pump consumed into throttle position, and then conducted the simulation with computer. The simulation results showed that the shift time of four-parameter shift strategy was earlier than that of three-parameter shift strategy and the output power of the turbine decreased when the power that oil pump consumed increased. That means the four-parameter shift strategy meets the real working conditions of the construction vehicle and is better than the three-parameter shift strategy.
