摘要
车体抗撞性是汽车安全性能的重要指标,作为车身结构的基本组成部分,合理的车体典型结构件将会提高汽车安全性能并节省金属材料,其抗弯曲冲击特性的提高会对车体侧面抗撞性起到积极的作用。为评价车体典型结构件的抗弯曲冲击特性,结合有限元仿真分析和实物碰撞试验的方法,对多组不同特征的零件进行了分析,总结出影响零件抗弯曲冲击性能的主要因素。
Body crashworthiness is an important target for automobile safety performance. As a basic component of body structure, reasonable typical body structure can upgrade the automobile safety level and save steel material. Increasing its bend crashworthiness plays a positive role in the development of side crashworthiness. In order to estimate the bend crashworthiness of a typical body structure, several groups of parts containing particular properties were analyzed by using a method combined with the FEM simulation and real crash test in this paper. The main factors influencing bend crashworthiness were carried out. It is the basis for farther research on the body crashworthiness of side impact.
