摘要
在综合分析设施农业用多功能作业机功能需求的基础上,根据结构可重构模块化设计方法的特点,对小型农业作业机的方案设计过程进行了研究,并应用运筹学的相关原理,将层次分析法与动态规划等结合起来,对其进行寻优组合评价,为最终实现作业机可重构模块化设计提供理论基础。
Methodology and technology of product design under mass customization is a kind of effective means that the enterprise meets the individual requirements of the market with the lowest cost. The scheme design process of the small agricultural machinery (SAM) was studied by synthesis method of the function requirement of the multi-functional farming machinery and building block design methodology. Moreover, with the principle of the operations research, the analysis of hierarchy process (AHP), and dynamic programming, the product scheme was evaluated comprehensively with previous methods. This framework provided the fundamental research of the SAM development.
