事物特性表支持的变型设计方法

Study on the Method of Variant Design Based on SML

减少零部件种类是大批量定制生产企业降低内部多样化生产的主要措施。在标准化和规范化基础上,采用事物特性表对产品和零部件族的信息进行描述并进行变型设计,能够实现降低企业内部多样化的目标。本文首先介绍了事物特性表的基本概念,然后基于面向对象技术对事物特性表进行描述,并对事物特性表支持的变型设计原理进行阐述。结合现有CAD系统提供的参数化功能和一个应用实例,对事物特性表支持的变型设计技术实现方法进行研究。

The main measure to reduce the internal variety of the enterprise for mass customization is to reduce the component category. Based on standardization and normalization, the part and product family can be modeled by SML (tabular layouts of article characteristics). The variant design can be carried out. These ensure the target of the reduction for the internal variety of enterprise. The concept of SML was firstly introduced in this paper. The SML was modeled by object-oriented technology. Secondly, The variant design theory was introduced based on SML. The implement method, in which the product variant design was put in practice in support of SML, was studied in combination with the CAD parametric function and the application instance. Lastly, the conclusion was given.
