广西西江流域民族文化资源的保护与开发

Protection and Exploitation of the XiJiang Valley in Guangxi Ethnical Cultural Resources

论述玉林等桂东四市及各县,有西东方向文化通道,北南方向文化通道,区位优势,接受中原文化交流较早,古百越地,今汉族文化为主,兼有壮、瑶文化,多民族文化交融之地。民俗是一个地域的基层文化,珍贵的非物质文化遗产。这里的节日习俗、饮食习俗、人生礼仪、民间信仰、民间文学艺术、地方戏曲,丰富多彩。这里历史人物传说、精英文化、古城古建筑、古道古青铜器等人文印记也比常丰富。民族文化资源由于无知、不恰当的城市现代化建设与旅游开发而毁。民族文化资源保护与开发若干建议如下:据中国民间文化遗产抢救工程要求,每县出版一本民俗志、一本故事集。提高旅游景区的文化含金量。保护好容县真武阁、梧州骑楼、黄姚古镇古戏台、状元村、富阳古城、临贺古城、客家方形围屋。都峤山建老子、庄子、张天师、八仙道教人物长廊,勾漏洞建葛洪及夫人鲍姑像。梧州打造七夕“中华情人节”品牌,如鸳鸯江、江水夜浴、情人花、情人食品、情人饰品礼品等,总之,无限商机在民俗。

The author discusses the four cities in the estern Guangxi, including Yulin, kezhou, wuzhou and Guigang. These four cities locate right in the cultural passages from the west to the east, the north to the south. They used to be the territory of ancient Yue, hence was influenced more by the Zhongyuan Culture. Today, they give priority to Han Culture. Fork custom is the basic and precious culture of an area. In these four cities, there are colorful fork customs like the festal custom, dieting custom, social etiquette, fork belief, etc. Also, there are history legendaries, elite cultures, ancient architectures, etc. However, these precious resources are undergoing a ruin for the inappropriate and excessive city development and travelling exploitation. For this reason, it becomes urgert to protect and reasonably exploit the ethnical resources in the area. Suggestions are given in view of this work at the end of the paper.
