摘要
学习一门外语就意味着接触一种新的文化。文化教学是跨文化交际背景下外语教学的重要内容,它不能简单地理解为目的语文化的导入,而应是目的语文化与主体文化并重。本文对在教学实践中如何强化主体文化意识,从而提高学生的跨文化交际意识与能力,以及如何提高目前教师的文化素质,改革现行文化教学材料等问题进行探讨,并就此提出一些建议。
Learning a foreign language means exposing to a kind of new culture. With cross-cultural communication as a background, cultural teaching is an important part of the FLT, but it should not simply be viewed as the cultural introduction to the target language. The cultural teaching of mother tongue ought to be valued equally. The paper, first of all, probes into such problems as the strengthening the cultural consciousness of the mother tongue so as to develop student's cross-cultural communication ability, the improvement of teachers' cultural quality and the reform of the current cultural teaching material, and then offer strategies and solutions.
